So, these are my revised power levels. I’m open to criticism, however, there are many storm trooper dressed be-wedded cyber nerds who will absolutely deny the PL’s based on anime, as they’re hardcore manga fans. Well this revision is not based on the manga, so you can defend “Akira’s honour” elsewhere. A DBZ fan is a DBZ fan no matter anime or manga, right? Im not hitting out at manga fans here, its just that i find sooo many of this type online.
Another point to make is that I am not fond of incredibly high PL’s reaching into the billions, so I’ve kept them as low as possible.
Regarding the movies; I’ve just done them for pure sake, they’re impossible.
I have used stated PL's and multipliers as guidlelines rather than fact. Namely the oozaru, kaioken and Freiza PL's are altered to my opinion.

Summary
In my opinion Bardock in the Oozaru form would have to be more powerful than Frieza’s best (Zarbon and Dodoria) to be considered a threat.
Oozaru multiplies PL by 4.
Stated by Prince Vegeta, he surpassed his father’s PL when he was still a child. Of course King Vegeta was killed in this drama, thus Kid Vegeta has a higher PL than King Vegeta.
A lot of people rate these saiyan warriors a lot weaker than above, due to the fact that they’re “low class fighters”. However, it was stated that the Saiyans were quickly becoming the strongest fighters under Freiza’s command. They may have been low levels, but judging by the talk of their achievements, they’d grown in power and were ready for a sort of promotion. Which is funny, because one of Dodoria’s men jokingly tells Tora to consider his death a promotion.
As for Bardock personally, he is the father of Goku and I assume little Gohan gets his rage from his granddad. Bardock dominates four elites, and then survives a huge blast from Dodoria. Then in an injured state he ploughs through a huge cluster of Frieza’s men. So I think in the enraged state he is more powerful than King Vegeta himself.

Summary
Garlic Jr was more powerful than Goku and Piccolo but when they teamed up they defeated him easily. Ginger appeared to be the leader of the henchmen and Sanjo fought Piccolo one on one. I had to put Nikki as the weakest because he comes across as abit of a poofter. Also, Nikki was collaterally destroyed by a kamehameha on Ginger, which could suggest that he is weak.

Nobody came close to hurting Nappa, until Goku arrived. He was also the commander of the Saiyan Army, so fully charged he is one of the strongest (minor) saiyans in DBZ.

This movie does not at all fit into the DBZ timeline and the two stated PL’s in it seem even more alien. Due to the fact that I wish to record suitable PL’s for every DBZ movie, I shall take PL’s from the closest and most fitting saga to estimate the PL’s for the movies. Movies plural as this is the case with many DBZ movies.

Summary
The Z fighters were all defeated, but Krillen and Tien were both stated to have been pretty tough. Gohan kicked some [REMOVED] until Turles got a hold of him, and even in Oozaru, Turles was superior to Gohan. After eating the fruit, Goku was no match for Turles, and his kaoiken x 10 didn’t last long. The spirit energy got the job done easily though. Again, despite the guideline PL’s mentioned, anything stated in a DBZ movie is to be taken with less than a pinch of salt. These PL’s keep them down to a more realistic Saiyan level.

Goku turning semi super saiyan is beyond me but I’ll assume it was not as powerful as the Super Namek, on account of him powering down after the growth of Lord Slug.

Summary
Although Guldo’s real strength was his special abilities, they wouldn’t alone earn him a place on the Ginyu Force, above the likes of Vegeta, without atleast a significant PL. Vegeta wasn’t a complete push over for Reacoome and it was due to his extreme toughness that he seemed so unharmed. Jeice and Burter were equal to Reacoome, Jeice having extreme ki blasts and Burter having extreme speed.

Summary
Ginyu and Goku both stated. Ginyu (in Goku’s body) stated.
Vegeta power boost: Both Vegeta and Goku’s previous power levels before this stage were close with Vegeta at 30,000PL and Goku at 24,000PL (in kaioken). With all the talk from Vegeta around this time about super saiyans, I’m assuming that these huge boosts are because they are becoming closer to that level. With Vegeta’s previous PL being higher than Goku’s and the fact that he slapped the faces off both Goku and Ginyu (I know, they were injured) and also the fact that he held his own against Frieza, that my concluded opinion is a 200,000PL.

Summary
After resting and changing into more battle efficient clothing, I feel that Vegeta, Gohan and Krillen’s PL’s had all risen. It is said that Frieza 1st form was at 530,000, I say not. This form suppressed his PL greatly. It would also be strange for Vegeta being able to match that power. Gohan’s first enraged burst was enough to shake Frieza, but not enough to cause major damage.
Piccolo – I estimated Piccolo’s PL based on him being the strongest of the dead Z fighters and also linked it to the fusion with Nail. Piccolo + Nail = 100,000 then x 10. He was matched to Frieza 2nd form. Again, Gohan’s 2nd enraged burst was enough to shake Frieza. It was apparent that Vegeta was more powerful than the others after being healed due to the fact that only he could follow Frieza’s movements.

Summary

Frieza was slightly superior to Goku at first, but to be on the safe side he powered up to 50% and was then in another league to Goku. As stated before, I calculate kaioken to times by ¼. As Goku was injured and worn I estimated his PL to be down to 1,000,000 and so his kaioken x20 was as above. It was effective, but he had caught Frieza off guard. SSJ1 Goku at first was weaker than Frieza 100%, though gradually during the fight the tables completely turned. Frieza did say he was fighting at 1% of his full power prior to going 50%, however…he said a lot of things and these ridiculous figures reaching the hundred millions for Frieza are just too out of proportion, when considering Gohan and Piccolo’s interventions. It also mocks it up for the rest of the sagas, having PL’s in the billions based on one bragging comment made in the Frieza saga seems stupidly farfetched to me.

Summary

A very difficult saga to review in terms of PL’s. Gohan and Krillen were at first beaten around by Salt and Mustard, up until Gohan gets [REMOVED] off. I had his first rage down as 64,000 estimating his PL had doubled since the Frieza saga. Vinegar and Spice were not afraid of Gohan, and they beat up Krillen and Gohan up until Gohan gets [REMOVED] off again and kills them both (with a PL increase of 50%). Vinegar and Spice are then powered up by the Makyo Star and in my opinion theyre both twice as strong as the other two henchmen. Vinegar being doubled that of Salt and Spice being double that of Mustard (being as though he appears to be the leader). Gohan again gets [REMOVED] off and kills them both with a single blast each and at this current PL is able to hold his own against Garlic Jr for a short while.
Garlic Jr was more powerful than Piccolo, but as Piccolo stated, his increase in power had lowered his speed and so Piccolo was able to beat him around (until his power was drained due to Kami). Gohan’s final increase is when he is able to hold his ground against the Dead Zone and is able to destroy the Makyo Star.

Summary
In the Future Trunks saga, Trunks stated that the androids from his time were even more powerful than Goku. This pair was made different to the pair in the main story and nothing suggested against them being different in power. SSJ1 Gohan would’ve probably bested them in one on one fights. Although Gohan no doubt received a power increase after the first encounter, he was missing an arm and so recording an armless PL would be pointless, as even with both arms I doubt the fight would’ve turned out different.

SSJ1 Future Trunks was thought to be as strong as Goku, when he fought Frieza, but Goku came back and matched Trunks’ sword with his finger…

Summary
In the fourth form, Cooler was stated by both fighters to being superior to Frieza (at 50% I presume). His 5th form was little in comparison to SSJ1 Goku, however he was fighting a superior Goku to which Frieza fought, and he wouldn’t have come if he wasn’t confident in succeeding where Frieza failed. Cooler’s elite fighters had to be more powerful than the Ginyu Force considering their leader was more powerful than Freiza and also because there was less in number…and they ain’t as lame. Sauza was pretty tough and would most likely be more powerful than Captain Ginyu was, considering he was the leader of Cooler’s elite.
NOTE: From this point on the PL’s of Yamcha, Tien, Krillen and Chousu are not revised as they’re insignificant.

Summary
Androids 14 and 15 were obviously more powerful than the base saiyans but slightly weaker than the fighters as Super Saiyans. Being as Android 15 was specifically asked to deal with Vegeta upon his arrival, I’d say he was a more powerful model than android 14. It is also apparent that he’s got the charge of the two. 15 is the butch, 14 is the [REMOVED]. Android 13 is equal with SSJ1 Goku, who I’ve given a power boost above Vegeta’s, coherent to him healing from the heart disease, as this time is the best fit into the story for the movie. Piccolo made two physical statements of his superior power; One where he threw Android 13 around like a rag doll and the other being him budging Super Android 13, as the others could not. The fusion of Piccolo and Kami did not happen until the Cell Saga, but I didn’t want to stick a DBZ movie in the middle of an important part to the saga.

Summary
Piccolo bashes Cell around when he first appears, and he is also wary of Vegeta. I also believe that the adjustments made to these androids as opposed to those of Future Trunks’ timeline, were aimed to make them superior to Cell(or maybe not), it appeared so. Android 16 was equal with Cell in his battle.

Perfect Cell isn’t fighting at max power at this point. He has yet to adapt his full power, which will be the combined total of his, plus the two androids of course.

This is courtesy of a googled translator so take it, as you will. He dominated them all equal to how Brolly did, but was destroyed by the power of four of them, where as Brolly was defeated by the power of five of them, although he survived…but seen as this superiority was suggested I’ve record him as Brolly’s equal.

Summary
All Z fighters PL’s have increased due to training in the spirit room and preparation for this fight. Vegeta and the Cell Jr were well matched, where as everyone else struggled to fight them. Piccolo went on a little spree at one point knocking them around, but that was because of teamwork, rather than brute force. Piccolo was a smart one;). SSJ2 Gohan was far superior to Cell. The power increase of Cell could be due to the saiyan genes inside of him, increasing his PL after blowing himself up.

Summary

Summary
Pui Pui was supposed to be one of the strongest fighters in the Universe, so he had to be significantly powerful. However he was nothing to Vegeta, and I doubt he was close to the likes of Frieza, who was also one of the strongest fighters in the Universe. Piccolo’s PL at this time had dropped dramatically since the Cell Games. Unfortunately, he wasn’t a significant fighter at this point. He had aged, and was one with Kami, who was extremely old. I think he had also lacked lust to train, due to his new personality from Kami, so I brought him back down to his PL during the beginning of the Android Saga. He was baffled by Shin’s power, which wasn’t so great. Dabura and SSJ2 Gohan were pretty much even but I can’t help thinking Gohan would’ve beat him if they had continued.
I believe Shin was superior in power to any Super Saiyan during the time of the Cell Games (barring Gohan at SSJ2). He put up as much restistance against Majin Buu as anyone else did, barring Goku.

Summary
I rate Majin Buu at the PL stated above, on account of his fights with Dabura, Gohan, Shin and Vegeta, however it was stated several times by the Z fighters that they could sense a sort of ”secret well of power”, which could be referring to the power of Evil Buu, who’s presence becomes more apparent up until the point of extreme rage, when the dog is shot and Evil Buu is released. This also accounts for him holding his own against SSJ3 Goku, as the combine PL’s of the two sides to Buu make up Super Buu’s.

The potara fusion was stated to be a more effective fusion than the dance. I t was not stated how much more effective but 3 times more fits in with my calculations. Gotenks was stated to be about even with Super Buu, and at this level give or take 12 mill is not that major, but the fact that SSJ3 Gotenks seemed to have the advantage before they finished I rank him a higher PL.

Summary
I’ve always thought Kid Buu’s and Goku’s PL’s were inferior to Mystic Gohan and Super Buu, before watching the series through recently. When Supreme Kai’s flashbacks were shown it was stated that absorbing the two Kai’s, who were both stated stronger than Shin (latter Supreme Kai) had diminished Buu’s PL rather than increased it. Also, when Shin asked Goku if SSJ3 Gotenks was more powerful than himself, Goku’s reply was:
“Well I can do it too, but wow, these two have pushed themselves to a limit I couldn’t even reach until my entire life was over”
Goku didn’t reach this PL until he had died, but he obviously reached that limit when he became SSJ3. If Gohan was superior to Goku and Kid Buu in power
It would’ve been a simple case of Shin instantly transporting him to the Kai World.
Kid Buu was also stated several times to be stronger than he ever was before.

Overview

Summary
Goku and Uub were pretty even, however Uub had no battle experience, so I think a slight advantage in raw power over Goku, measures them up. Also, towards the end of the fight Goku felt the need to take to the sky and use the kamehameha, which incidently didn’t happen due to Uub’s inability to do either.
Pan beat Goten. The clips were abit goofy but nether the less it was apparent that her base is more powerful than his. I added the other PL’s, Vegeta’s most importantly, to state my opinion that Vegeta is stronger than Good Buu, due to ten years passing Vegeta and Goku would not have slacked off training( as stated for Goten and Trunks, hence the PL downgrade) and Buu’s is a set PL. These PL’s also make way for DBGT, which I am yet to watch properly.
